I’m Jill Ritchie. I’m an Accredited Life Coach, with over 20 years of experience in Leadership, Coaching. I’m also certified in various Healing Modalities and work with individuals, groups, and couples. I specialise in bringing you back to the true essence of who you are to your core. You before you were told to be anything other than ‘you’.

I understand what burnout feels like. I worked 70 hours every week for years. Even when I became a Mum, I valued my worth based on pleasing others, and back then, doing more meant I was valued more. I had no clue how disconnected to myself I was. I lacked boundaries, self-trust, and more importantly, self-love.

In 2017, at 37 years old, I finally invested in myself and reconnected to the truth of who I was. I left my leadership role and since then, I have worked with hundreds of clients and brands including; Actors, Singers, TV Personalities, Athletes, Virgin Money, Aberdeen Standard, Swan, I Saw It First & many more…
